Once your order is placed a specialist will coordinate getting you a fingerprint kit.
Utilizing the fingerprint kit, please do quite a few prints to try and get the best print, with the most lines clearly visible.
If you are sending multiple prints from different individuals, please write their name next to the print before you take the photo so we can track whose fingerprint is whose.
Then submit a photo of the print to Material Good. Please ensure your fingerprint lines are clear & visible, and the photo you take is close up and in focus. **pricing includes fingerprint kit and shipping**

To ensure the best experience possible, all domestic shipping fees are complementary. All shipments are sent via overnight delivery. Signature is required upon delivery. Please note your billing and shipping address must match.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In order for Material Good to consider your return or exchange eligible, the item purchased must be in completely unused and unworn condition, in its original packaging. Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is judged at the sole discretion of Material Good.
In-Stock fine jewelry: Products purchased which are in-stock are eligible for a return for a full refund within 7 business days from the date the product was delivered to you. All in-stock domestic online returns and exchanges for fine jewelry are subject to a restocking fee of $165. This will be applied to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Made-To-Order Fine Jewelry: Any finger size, bracelet or necklace length not in-stock will be considered a made-to-order piece, rendering it FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE. Any alterations made to the ring renders it FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE.
