The Star Wheel represents Audemars Piguet at its most intellectually playful — a wandering hours complication that abandons conventional hand-and-dial legibility entirely in favour of three rotating sapphire discs, each bearing hour numerals, that travel across a curved aperture to indicate the time in a display of almost theatrical ingenuity. It is the kind of horological thinking that emerges only from a manufacture sufficiently confident in its foundations to abandon convention entirely.
This 1995 example in pink gold elevates an already exceptional proposition into genuine rarity. Limited to just five pieces worldwide, the hand-engraved pink gold dial — each example requiring hours of skilled artisan work to produce its unique surface — combined with a diamond-set bezel creates an object that straddles haute horlogerie and decorative arts with complete conviction.
The calibre 2124/33 automatic within provides the mechanical foundation. Everything above it is, in the most complimentary sense, pure theatre.

All shipments are sent via overnight delivery. Signature is required upon delivery.
Please note your billing and shipping address must match.
Material Good is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Material Good is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

OUR RETURN POLICY

In order for your return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be completely unused and unworn in its original packaging. Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return if the items appear to be damaged or show signs of wear.

A representative will get back to you within 24 hours during business hours, Monday-Friday. Timepiece Warranty

Material Good offers a one-year warranty on all pre-owned timepieces purchased through our boutiques and online, effective from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by Material Good as proof-of-purchase. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper handling, evidence of external impact, unauthorized tampering, third party intervention or water damage. Each watch sold through Material Good is considered for warranty repair at the sole discretion of Material Good. All repairs needed after the 1-year warranty period will be the responsibility of the client.

The Material Good warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure or physical impact. Our certified watchmakers will inspect any timepiece to determine the cause of damage. Material Good reserves the right to void the warranty if the damage is found to result from water intrusion or impact.
