A 4.30 carat oval sapphire is set in an organic-shaped yellow gold bezel setting, enhanced with cobblestone pave of varying-sized white diamonds whose dimensions and sparkle mimic a droplet in a rippling pool of water. Every detail, down to the one-of-a-kind chain sourced specifically for this piece, was hand-selected and crafted by MG.
