    Long before Rolex became synonymous with the Oyster case and the professional sports watch, the manufacture produced objects of a fundamentally different character — bracelet watches of exceptional jewellery-house ambition, conceived for a clientele for whom the timepiece was inseparable from the adornment. The Precision 4599 belongs to this largely forgotten chapter of Rolex's history, and it is among its most accomplished expressions.

    The rose gold bracelet — its repeating architectural links referencing the Art Deco movement's characteristic geometric rigour, each element catching light independently along the wrist — conceals its mechanical purpose entirely until the moment of revelation. A section opens to expose the hidden dial within, transforming a jewellery object into a precision instrument and back again with a theatrical intimacy that no conventional watch can replicate.

      In order for your return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be completely unused and unworn in its original packaging. Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return if the items appear to be damaged or show signs of wear.

A representative will get back to you within 24 hours during business hours, Monday-Friday. Material Good provides a prepaid return label to ensure the products are protected & insured, however the client is responsible for a restock fee. Please see above for restocking fee details.

  • Timepiece Warranty

    Material Good offers a one-year warranty on all pre-owned timepieces purchased through our boutiques and online, effective from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by Material Good as proof-of-purchase. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper handling, evidence of external impact, unauthorized tampering, third party intervention or water damage. Each watch sold through Material Good is considered for warranty repair at the sole discretion of Material Good. All repairs needed after the 1-year warranty period will be the responsibility of the client.

    The Material Good warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure or physical impact. Our certified watchmakers will inspect any timepiece to determine the cause of damage. Material Good reserves the right to void the warranty if the damage is found to result from water intrusion or impact.
