RETURN POLICY

In order for Material Good to consider your return or exchange eligible, the item purchased must be in completely unused and unworn condition, in its original packaging.  Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is judged at the sole discretion of Material Good.

In-Stock Fine Jewelry: Products purchased which are in-stock are eligible for a return for a full refund within 7 business days from the date the product was delivered to you. All in-stock domestic online returns and exchanges for fine jewelry are subject to a restocking fee of $165.  This will be applied to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Made-To-Order Fine Jewelry: Any finger size, bracelet or necklace length not in-stock will be considered a made-to-order piece, rendering it FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE. Any alterations made to the ring renders it FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE.

Found & Collected vintage jewelry: All Found & Collected vintage jewelry and any vintage or specially sourced items are sold as-is and are final sale. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, all sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
