In order for Material Good to consider your return or exchange eligible, the item purchased must be in completely unused and unworn condition, in its original packaging. Material Good reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is judged at the sole discretion of Material Good.
In-Stock fine jewelry: Products purchased which are in-stock are eligible for a return for a full refund within 7 business days from the date the product was delivered to you.
